It takes about 150 minutes by plane from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Hokkaido New Chitose Airport.
From New Chitose Airport, it takes about 90 minutes to Otaru Station on JR(Rapid Airport).
(It takes about 32 minutes from Sapporo Station)
Free shuttle bus service is available from Otaru Station, or you can take the local bus.
